This weekend, the British Superbike riders and teams will stop at Snetterton for the seventh of eleven races of the season. A week that started well with great news. After a dramatic accident on July 24th at Clarke during the first race of the BSB at Brands Hatch, Brad Jones was released from King’s College Hospital in London and eventually returned home. After doctors passed all the required tests, doctors gave the two-time SS600 runner-up from across the Channel the green light for home rehab.
The MSVR bulletin
“Brad Jones (iForce Lloyd & Jones BMW), who was injured in a fall on Saturday, July 24th at the start of the British Superbike, has now been released from King’s College Hospital in London. After a thorough medical assessment, the rider met all the necessary requirements for discharge. His road to recovery, especially on a neurological level, will be long. He will continue to conduct intensive neurological and occupational rehabilitation therapy from home with private help. On behalf of the family, Brad’s father, Tim Jones, would like to sincerely thank the medical staff, the Marshalls, and everyone in the BSB community who have provided so much support. “
