Toprak Razgatlioglu was champion in the Superbike World Championship in 2021, but even before that achievement, there was already talk of the possibility of the turk coming to test the Yamaha MotoGP prototype.
Confirmation emerged that the test would take place, but no concrete date was ever put forward. In a video shared by Robert Portman of Moto Rider World South Africa, Toprak Razgatlioglu will test the Yamaha M1 next Tuesday. The place for the test to take place will be at the Aragon track, one of the tracks that hosts both the MotoGP and the Superbike World Championships.
In a year where Yamaha will be, from the start, without a satellite team in the premier motorcycle category, Toprak Razgatlioglu sees a change to MotoGP for 2023 as impossible. On the rider’s side, Razgatlioglu always said that the change would be in the best technical conditions, so the athlete is already satisfied if this change to MotoGP never happens.
