After a “quick” four races, Jack Miller returned to the five best results at the MotoGP Great Britain GP. Now that the course of the top spots has resumed, the Ducati man wants to keep it and believes it can be done at the GP next weekend in Aragon – where he was on the podium two years ago, but he struggled even more in 2020 at much cooler temperatures than usual in MotorLand Aragón.
The improvements to the Desmosedici GP21 and the expected more favorable weather conditions make the Australian confident for this Spanish race despite the difficulties on the track in question last year:
– I am looking forward to racing again in MotorLand Aragón! Unfortunately, we didn’t have two easy weekends on this track last year, but it was the end of October and the low asphalt temperatures certainly didn’t help. Now it’s the beginning of September, however, and the track conditions will be very different from 2020. In addition, the Desmosedici GP 21 has so far shown that it is also competitive on tracks where we were a little more difficult in the past, so I’m optimistic .
Miller also said that he is convinced that it is possible to continue the good moment in shape: “In general, I like the track and I also got a podium here, so I am convinced that we will work well straight away. ” ‘We can still have a good weekend here in Spain’.
